Group Menus

Observations

The Jockey Restaurant consists of a Main Room (80 seats), a Group Room (60 seats), a Terrace (140 seats) and a Deck (32 seats).

All drinks mentioned in the Group Menus are included, from the beginning of the meal until coffee is served.

Our Menus have been designed for a minimum of 18 people per group.

If you wish to include a Welcome Drink along with some appetizers, Dry Porto, Moscatel, Beer, Juices, White or Red Wine, you can add these to any menu for an additional €10,00 per person. The Welcome Drink lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes; if it is greater than this time, the value will be adjusted.

All groups must choose a person responsible for receiving the amount of the “Menu” of the other guests.

If you wish the presence of DJ is an extra fee of €350,00.

If you wish Buffet of Fruits and Desserts, you can add these to any of the Menus for an additional €11,50 per person. In this case, no Dessert from the Menu will be served.

If you wish Cheeses and Cold Meats (like chicken, pork loin, roastbeef, roasted suckling pig), you can add this to any of the Menus, charging another €15,00 per person.

If you wish, you can add soup to the Menu, for an additional €2,50 per person.

If you wish, you can add some Aperitives and Digestives (Martini Bianco, Rosso, Rosato, Dry, Favaios, Caipirinha, Gin Tonic, New Whisky J&B, Cutty Sark, Famous Grouse, Jameson, Baileys, Old Whisky Ballantines, Logan, Chivas Regal). You’ll pay just for what you consume.

All the aperitifs, digestives and champagnes served during the event must be purchased at the restaurant. However, Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes or Baptism Cakes, as well as flower centers, can be brought by the client. Table decorations and/or decorations with balloons are permitted, as long as they do not block the view to other rooms.

Regarding the decoration, we can, if you wish, include a flower arrangement on every table, for an additional charge of €25,00 per unit.

The arrangement of the room must be defined at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of cancellation of at least 15% of the group within less than 12 hours notice, 50% of the price of the Menu of the people failing will be charged.

Free for children up to 4 years old and 50% of the value of the chosen Menu for children between 5 and 8 years old, valid only when the number of children does not exceed 20% of the total adults. From 9 years old, children pay for the entire Menu.

All the reservations and the exact number of people must be confirmed by email.

The exclusive use of the room reserved for groups for less than 20 guests will have an additional cost of €150,00.

If you wish to extend the opening hours, you must inform us at the time of booking so that the restaurant can provide you with all the necessary information. Extending opening hours has an extra cost of €15.00/daytime hour (from 4pm) per employee or €25.00/nighttime hour (from midnight) per employee, depending on the case and applicable only on business days. On Saturdays the value is €25.00/hour per employee until 3:00 am maximum, and on Sundays it is €25.00/hour per employee until 5:00 pm. This type of event must have at least 40 participants.
Overtime that extends the Restaurant’s opening hours: the person responsible for scheduling the event must make payment at the closing time.

In Group Menus, it is not allowed to take the excess of the meal. All food must be consumed on site (Jockey Restaurant).
